I believe in fostering a client centered, empathetic, genuine, and collaborative relationship with clients. The therapeutic space is where you are encouraged to work on your personal development by setting aside time for thought and reflection. While in therapy some of the things you may work on include but are not limited to identifying, understanding, and changing difficult thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, setting and maintaining boundaries, working towards improving communication within interpersonal relationships, setting goals and identifying actionable steps towards achieving these goals, and working towards improving your overall functioning. The therapeutic space is intended to be a safe space for clients to explore and discover without fear of judgment.
